Travelling over points and curves causes increased wear and tear on wheel flanges & rails. In addition, there is major noise disturbance. A well directed lubrication can quickly and reliably produce relief. |

With the installation of ESA, a very accurate placing and dosing of the grease can be obtained, which leads to an important reduction of the wear and tear of wheel flanges, check rails, switch blades, stock rails and rail heads. Any sort of noise emission can be almost completely eliminated. As far as possible, track bed and vehicle stay free of spun off grease, because of the very economical dosage. |
